Roll Crusher
Purpose built for soft rock production the tracked roll crusher is set to revolutionize virgin aggregate crushing. The revolutionary Tracked Roll Crusher is purpose built for any "soft" rock, up to and including medium density limestone. This includes:
- Sandstone
- Coal
- Slate
- Limestone
- Shale
Capabilities :
- Optimal production of sub-base (-40mm) in a single pass
- 5:1 ratio of feed to finished product
- Produces cubical (shaped) product with little fines
- Operating with feed in centre or side of roller (centre will produce a slightly better shaped product whilst higher production rates from the side)
- Removal of fines prior to crushing (via fitted pre-screen)
